These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Threadline. By accessing or using Threadline, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Threadline
You may use Threadline only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you add, the activity under your account, and ensuring that your use does not violate the rights of others.
2. Accounts and billing
You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Threadline, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected elements, or use the service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
4. Ownership and content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Threadline the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the service. Threadline and its licensors retain all rights in the product, brand, and related technology.
5. Third-party services and disclaimers
Integrations and third-party services are governed by their own terms. Threadline is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Termination and changes
You may stop using Threadline at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights. We may update these Terms and will provide notice when required.
